Privacy Policy — Balloons & Defense

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Balloons & Defense ("the Game", "we") handles information when you play. The Game is developed and published by an independent developer. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you for your name, e-mail address or any other directly identifying information to play.

Information collected automatically

The Game itself stores your progress (levels, scores, in-game currency and settings) only on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

The Game includes the following third-party services, which may automatically collect limited device information:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and coarse device information to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
• Google Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage statistics (e.g. sessions, level completions, device model, country) to help us improve the Game.
• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports (device state, stack traces) so we can find and fix bugs.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — uses a push registration token to deliver notifications if you allow notifications.

Advertising and your choices

European Economic Area / UK: before any ads are shown, a consent dialog lets you accept or refuse personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the "Privacy options" entry in the Game's settings.

iOS: the Game asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used for tracking and ads are served non-personalized.

You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device's system settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

Children

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested through Google's certified advertising services, which apply Google's policies for family-safe advertising where applicable.

Data retention and your rights

We do not operate our own servers and do not store personal data ourselves. Data collected by the Google services above is retained according to Google's retention policies. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete data held about you; for data processed by Google, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy. For any request regarding the Game, contact us at the address below and we will help within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
